A delicious and slightly sweeter bubbly cocktail originally created in the 1940s with gold rum. We like Brandy with ours but try both by all means!
15ml Lemon Juice
Top Champagne/Sparkling Wine
Combine ingredients except for sparkling wine in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake well.
Strain into a champagne flute
Top with Sparkling Wine
Garnish with a thin twist of lemon peel
