An indulgent upgrade on an iced coffee.
1-litre good quality vanilla ice cream
8 shots espresso
80 ml PnP almond flakes, toasted
80 ml dark chocolate shavings
12 amaretti biscuits, optional
Fill 4 glasses with 2 scoops of ice cream each.
Pour 2 hot espresso shots into each glass.
Sprinkle over toasted almond flakes and chocolate shavings.
