Berry Panna Cotta with Boozy Strawberries

A striking dessert – and so easy!
1 punnet PnP strawberries, (400g)
80 ml PnP castor sugar
5 ml vanilla essence
50 ml brandy, or whisky
1 handful PnP mint leaves
50 grams chopped pistachios
2 tubs PnP vanilla panna cotta with berry coulis, (500g each)
Combine strawberries, castor sugar, vanilla essence and brandy or whisky. Macerate in the fridge for at least an hour.
Add mint leaves and chopped pistachios.
Unmould PnP vanilla panna cotta with berry coulis. Serve with boozy berries on the side.More Pick n Pay Recipes
