Preparing Christmas lunch or dinner has never been this easy thanks to a new range of ready-to-cook Limited Edition meats available exclusively from Checkers just in time for the festive season.

The ready-to-cook Limited Edition range includes:

· Beef tongue with a sweet mustard sauce
· Gammon with an apricot glaze, pineapple pieces, and cherries
· Turduckin with a cranberry glaze
· Corned beef
· Roast beef with a spice rub
· Venison pie with a saucy filling, covered in puff pastry and a sweet, tangy cranberry glaze
· Meatloaf rolled in bacon and covered in a sweet and spicy marinade

Retailing from just R99.99, this Christmas, consumers finally have the option of spending more time celebrating with their loved ones, and less time in the kitchen!

For those who still prefer to prepare their Christmas meats the traditional way, Checkers also sells various gammons (bone-in, boneless or maple flavoured), turkey, corned beef, pickled tongue, leg of lamb and a delicious variety of glazes.

To round off the festive feast, Checkers has a variety of Christmas cakes and mince pies on offer as well ready-to-enjoy puddings and desserts.

It just goes to show: creating a perfect, fool-proof Christmas spread is indeed possible. All it takes is a little help from Checkers.
