Fruits of the Forest Iced Tea

Perfect for those “healthy is my new vibe” kind of moments, this refreshing iced tea is infused with fresh berry flavour and garnished with mint for the perfect finish. Garden party, anyone?
2 Freshpak Rooibos with Ginseng Tea Bags
1/4 cup (60 ml) castor sugar
2 cups (500 ml) water
Handful of blueberries
Handful of raspberries
Handful of strawberries
1/4 cup (60 ml) pouring cream (optional)
Mint to garnish
• Place tea bags, sugar and water into a saucepan and bring to a simmer over low heat.
• Simmer until sugar has dissolved then allow to cool completely in the fridge.
• Remove tea bags and pour into glasses.
• Add in a handful of mixed berries and pour in a little cream if desired.
• Garnish with mint and enjoy.
