Ham, Pea & Cheese Quiche

Bright peas freshen up a classic quiche.
1 roll PnP shortcrust pastry, (400g)
2 PnP onions, finely chopped
1 glug PnP olive oil, to sauté
125 ml no name frozen peas
1 packet PnP ham, (250g), sliced into cubes
3 jumbo eggs, whisked
250 ml full-cream milk
30 ml PnP chopped parsley
375 ml grated cheddar
Roll pastry out to ½cm thickness. Line a 25cm quiche tin and blind bake at 160°C.
Sauté onion in heated oil until soft.
Add peas and sauté until bright green. Stir in ham bits.
Spoon onion, peas and ham mixture into quiche shell.
Mix eggs, milk, parsley and cheddar together and pour over filling.
