ID Logistics honours its supply chain at gala event

Over 100 guests attended the event to celebrate excellence in the industry and recognise suppliers and team members who have gone the extra mile to support ID Logistics SA expands its footprint across South Africa.
Strata-g, industrial and labour relations specialists, was voted Supplier of the Year, following the intensive work they did with ID Logistics regarding training and development, B-BBEE and labour relations.
Yolandi Engelbrecht, Finance and HR Executive Manager at ID Logistics said at the event that Strata-g has become an extension of their business and really went out of its way to understand the group’s corporate culture and bring total operating synergy in the group between all staff, as well as management.
ID Logistics SA’s Managing Director, Etienne Juillard, thanked everyone for their support and for accompanying the group of its journey to become one of the leading contract logistics’ providers in perishables and fresh goods against a tough economic backdrop.
Juillard also announced that their long-serving Operations Director, Johan De Lange will be retiring at the end of August this year, and his replacement will be announced shortly.
