Mojitos: A Festive Fizz

A party starter or sundowner.
80 ml freshly squeezed lime juice, or
30 ml PnP sugar
10 fresh mint leaves, plus extra for
185 ml light rum
750 ml PnP soda water
1 handful ice cubes
Place lime or lemon juice, sugar and mint in a serving jug and muddle until sugar is dissolved.
Stir in rum and top up with soda water.
