Nederburg launches bespoke festive packs offering a beautiful collection of individual stories
Issued by August Collective on behalf of Nederburg - Nov 27th 2017, 11:42
The Paarl winery, one of South Africa’s most reputable names in wine, has just released a special offering of the latest vintages of four of its varietal wines from The Winemasters collection, named to honour the long-established tradition of Nederburg’s winemaking excellence.
It includes the richly flavoured Cabernet Sauvignon, spicy Shiraz, fruity Sauvignon blanc, and layered Chardonnay, all beautifully presented in limited-edition individually designed and illustrated fabric wraps that offer great stand-out appeal.
The bespoke, colourful fabric wraps, conceived by creative agency TBWA, were illustrated by talented, award-winning local artist Sarita Immelman. Each whimsical design tells the tale of the individual wine it represents, not only via illustration but also featured as written stories that appear on the enclosed bottle neck-tags.
Great as gifts, or for your personal wine collection, purchase all four and discover the unique tale of every specially-wrapped bottle of wine. The Cabernet Sauvignon is born in the shadows, the Shiraz is for the bold-hearted, the Sauvignon blanc is written on a sea breeze, while the Chardonnay reflects an exquisite balancing act.
Available from major retailers from November 2017, the two reds retail for approximately R80 a bottle, while the white wines are offered at around R70 a bottle. Contact your local liquor store to confirm exact pricing.
Participating outlets include selected Checkers, Tops at Spar, Liquor City, Ultra Liquors, Blue Bottle Liquors and Makro stores, and several independent liquor outlets, countrywide.
This is a limited-edition festive season offer, while stocks last.
Nederburg’s The Winemasters collection comprises classically styled, food-friendly wines with abundant fruit flavours, elegance and finesse. It treasures the integrity of the grapes in every step of the wine-growing and winemaking journey, and every drop demonstrates an unwavering commitment to world-class vineyard and cellar skills.
