Staying alert just got cool.
10 grams Nescafé Gold, plus extra for garnish
60 grams dark chocolate
14 blocks ice cubes
1 handful fresh mint leaves, plus extra for garnish
160 ml PnP milk
Place Nescafé Gold, melted chocolate (reserve 30ml for garnish), ice cubes, mint leaves and milk in a blender.
Mix at high speed until the mixture has a smooth and thick texture.
Brush melted chocolate on walls of two glasses.
Divide the smoothie between the two prepared glasses.
