Leading printing group, Paarl Media, have recently promoted Edrich Fivaz to the newly formed position of director of mergers and acquisitions. Paarl Media is one of South Africa’s most technologically advanced professional printing groups, with ten specialised printing operations nationwide.

This appointment was effective from 1 July 2013.

Having joined the Paarl Media in 2007 as group financial accountant, Edrich was then promoted to financial manager at Paarl Print (now Paarl Media Paarl) after which he was promoted to business development manager for Paarl Media. “The nurturing and investing in talent is a priority at Paarl Media and Edrich’s directorship was a natural next step in his career with us,” says Nico Grobbelaar, executive director – human resources, Paarl Media.

Commenting on Edrich’s appointment, Keith Vroon, chief operating officer for Paarl Media says: “Edrich’s promotion to this new role, is in support of the growth and diversification strategy that we as Paarl Media are executing.
