Strawberry and Basil Mojito

Simply omit the rum for a refreshing virgin cocktail.
2 limes, sliced into wedges
10 ml PnP castor sugar
6 large PnP basil leaves, crushed
4 PnP strawberries, quartered
180 ml ice, crushed
50 ml white rum
50 ml strawberry juice
100 ml PnP soda water
Squeeze lime juice into a tall glass and place wedges in the glass with castor sugar.
Lightly muddle limes with a spoon or muddler.
Place basil, strawberries, ice, rum and strawberry juice in a glass and stir.
Top with soda water.
