Ultimate Hot Chocolate

Great for snuggling up on cold days.
150 grams dark chocolate
1 pinch PnP cinnamon
5 ml instant coffee granules
1 pinch PnP fine salt
500 ml full cream milk
1 strip orange peel
5 ml cornstarch, mixed with a little
water to dissolve
2 dollops whipped cream
1 handful mini marshmallows
2 chocolate wafer sticks
Finely grate chocolate.
Combine grated chocolate, cinnamon, coffee and salt in a jug.
Heat milk and orange peel together until steaming.
Remove from heat and set aside to infuse for 2-3 minutes.
Add 167ml milk to chocolate mixture in a thin stream. Stir to melt chocolate.
Return all to the pot and add cornstarch.
Return to heat and bring to a boil to cook cornstarch and thicken.
Divide hot chocolate into mugs.
