With the greatest number of established and new wineries under one roof, WineX is South Africa’s premier wine festival. Old favourites like Bouchard Finlayson, De Toren, Hamilton Russell, Rustenberg, Springfield and Vergelegen and cutting-edge wineries like Cape Point Vineyards, Oak Valley, Raka and Saronsberg will once again be showcasing their fine wines at this illustrious show. There will be numerous laureates from the 2008 Old Mutual Trophy Wine Show, the Decanter World Wine Awards and the International Wine Challenge, as well as an array of the Platter Guide- and WINE Magazine's multi-starred selections.

Once again, visitors will be able to Shop@Show, at Wine Route Cellar Door prices, with free delivery within a 50km radius of Cape Town. This feature could transform your WineX experience, a virtual trip around the Cape winelands, into a shopping escapade. 

WineX, in conjunction with RMB Private Bank, will once again, be holding the popular Best-Wine-on-Show Awards, South Africa’s first significant wine awards determined by public opinion. WineX-goers are afforded an opportunity to cast their ballots, voting for their favourite wines in the award-categories of Best White Wine- and Best Red Wine- on Show. 

Hand-crafted cheese, sushi, oysters and olive oils will also be on offer, and for the discerning consumer, imported and local wine accessories and glassware will be on sale.
