Profumi D’Italia was thus started as an importer and distributor by Franco Vignazia in South Africa in late 2005 who was then joined by his daughter Giuliana in June 2008.

Sparkling Vino Del Amore 750ml
it is a sparkling wine made from moscato grapes grown on the Euganean Hills, an area in central Veneto with famous vine-growing tradition. Vinification occurs after a short fermentation and the resulting wine has the fresh and fragrant character of the original grapes. A low alcohol content is obtained by pressing very ripe grapes and letting the wine become sparkling at low pressure, in this the way a very sweet wine is obtained.

Sparkling Bottega Diamond Piont Noir 750ml
After the harvest, the best grapes are softly pressed with immediate separation of the must from the skins (vinification in white). The first fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks with selected yeasts at controlled temperature. The second fermentation takes place again in stainless steel tanks but in isobaric condition to maintain the pressure. The wine remains for a long period – almost 12 months – in these tanks in contact with lees, the process called “sur lies” . After this period, the wine undergoes to refrigeration, stabilization and to isobaric filtration and bottling. Thanks to this technique, the wine enriches its sensorial profile and its roundness.

Gathered during a slightly early wine harvest, the bunches of this vine stock, vinified using a Vaslin (soft pressing) system, feature round yellow-green grapes, with exceptional fruity perfumes of apple, pear and exotic fruit and a fresh taste, with a dry but always fruity aftertaste. It is a perfect aperitif, an exceptional sparkling wine cocktail (Bellini, Rossini). Above all, it is a sparkling wine which goes well with every course: from hors d’oeuvres, to main courses of any kind and to second courses of fish.

Heat oven to 200C/fan 180C/gas 6. Put the flour in a large bowl with the saffron and some seasoning. Coat the chicken breasts in the flour mix, then shake gently to remove any excess.
