| Clover's
Soft Cheese range of products consists of three plain
variants, Full Cream Smooth Plain, Low Fat Chunky Plain
and Fat Free Smooth Plain. The plain variants are ideal
for baking and cooking or for using as toppings or spreads.
Two low fat and one fat free flavoured cottage cheeses,
cottage cheese with chives, cottage cheese with prawn
cocktail and fat free cottage cheese with peppadew.
These cottage cheeses are ideal for toppings and spreads.
Clover also offers three low fat cream cheese variants,
Plain, Spring Onion and Chives and Smoked Salmon. Cream
cheese can be used for dips, spreads or baking.

full fat, semi-hard cheese with a slightly salty taste.
It has a strong cheese flavour.

product is manufactured under strict hygienic conditions
and may contain no foreign matter or any known substance
that may pose a health risk to the consumer.
The
product has to comply with all requirements as indicated
in the South African foodstuffs, Cosmetics and Disinfectants

Clover
Cheese Slices portray all the wholesomeness of dairy.
Clover Cheese Slices are manufactured using cheese and
other essential ingredients by melting them together into
a homogenous mass, in a cooker.

|
Mature
Cheddar is manufactured using pasteurised, standardised
cow's milk according to prescribed work instructions.
It is a full fat, hard cheese. Firm, not dry or crumbly.
Deep orange-yellow colour. Distinct aromatic, mature Cheddar
characteristics in taste and flavour. Round: covered in
black wax. Packed in uniquely designed wooden box.
The
product contains no preservatives other than salt. Annatto
cheese colouring is added to standardise the colour of
the finished product.
Product
is manufactured under strict hygienic conditions and may
contain no foreign material or any known matter that may
pose a health risk to the consumer.
The
product has to comply with all requirements as indicated
in the South African Foodstuffs, Cosmetics and Disinfectants

Clover now offers the consumer Gouda, Cheddar, Tusser's
and Low fat cheese in convenient 25 g portions, ideal
for school and office lunch boxes, platters or for a quick
snack.

Introduction to Elite Gouda |
|
|
Gouda
is manufactured using pasteurised, standardised cow's
milk according to prescribed work instructions. It is
a full fat, semi-hard cheese. Smooth, soft, pliable texture,
softer than Cheddar cheese. Creamy yellow-orange colour
with a mild and nutty flavour. The wedge shape is waxed
in a red food-grade wax and vacuum packed, while the block
shapes are only vacuum packed. Slices, grated and portions
are gas-flushed (human friendly gas). Specially selected
for the Elite brand name.
The
product contains no preservatives other than salt. Annatto
natural cheese colouring is added to standardise the colour
of the finished product.
Product
is manufactured under strict hygienic conditions and may
contain no foreign material or any known matter that may
pose a health risk to the consumer. The product has to
comply with all requirements as indicated in the South
