Women are the backbone of many families, households and companies, they tirelessly put in the work both on the home front and in business to make a difference to those around them. Women, in general, have had to face many challenges within the workforce especially in the agriculture sector which has for many years been dominated by men. However, this is changing as more and more women are finding and cementing themselves as forces to be reckoned with in the industry.
