Pepsi Lipton International, created by Unilever and PepsiCo in a joint venture to expand the marketing and distribution of Unilever’s ready-to-drink Ice Tea, recently hosted its annual acclaimed Global Awards where Lipton Ice Tea South Africa, licensed and managed by Pioneer Foods, won the ‘Emerging Market of the Year’ Award for 2014.
Lipton Ice Tea sparked summer hype last year through the ‘Taste the Brightside’ national campaign, which ran for 18-weeks, wrapping up at the end of January 2015.
