• Masters in Industrial Psychology or Organisational Psychology
• HPCSA Registered Industrial Psychology
• OPQ trained
• Psychometric Assessment experience
• Job Analysis facilitation experience
• Recruitment experience with Senior Management experience of a sizable corporate team
Reporting to the Human Resources Director, this role will see you influencing both strategically and operationally with responsibility for budget, compilation of Board Reports and providing input on the sustainability report as well as Group-based EE management. You have to know the theory and you need the larger corporate exposure in order to apply best practice within this particular organisation, within existing frameworks and centralised control.
It will be a fine art to balance the above effectively whilst leading a team of 5 direct and 11 indirect responsible for Recruitment & Selection, Talent Identification (Succession Management), Employer Branding and Retention.
Please note that only South African-born candidates with a Masters Degree in Psychology (Industrial or Organisational) that are HPCSA registered will be considered.
