Come and lead the SA Sales organization of this global FMCG Food & Beverage conglomerate.
You need a solid track record in crafting (and directing) Trade Marketing & Category Management whilst integrating Sales & Planning (S&OP). Provide strategic leadership of National & Regional Account Management and operational support to your management team.
You have an in depth knowledge of channel management and have gained your experience in a multi-billion rand turnover business (ideally a multinational food and beverage business). Deploy appropriate strategies within the channels of trade and achieve execution of initiatives effectively. Drive the people agenda to deliver profitable sales growth.
We require a relevant Degree in Sales/Marketing/Business (an MBA would be advantageous) with well-honed leadership capability. You have at least 10 years executive level sales management experience of which at least 3 years is as Sales Director (Executive).
