Feedback Ferret teams up with Polish retail technology experts to launch voice of customer feedback solution

London - Following the signing of a new partnership agreement with retail technology experts, SmartLife, Feedback Ferret is gearing itself up to launch its customer feedback solution into the Polish retail market.
SmartLife Polska, a division of Retail Partner Polska Group, is set to launch Feedback Ferret at the forthcoming Retail Show in Warsaw on November 19th and 20th 2014.
With extensive experience in the local retail technology market, SmartLife is the perfect partner to embed Feedback Ferret's voice of customer technology into the Polish market. With a team of 35 employees, SmartLife has already enjoyed great success with the customer feedback tool Happy Or Not?
