Food for thought: Distribution matters

Time and time again, the fundamentals of retail and business operations come down to supply chain and distribution efficiency. Without efficient systems in place, it is difficult to keep shelves stocked continuously and ultimately keep consumers satisfied.

It’s a recipe to success that some have got right, while others are still figuring out, whether it’s for a large retail chain of brick and mortar stores, or for an online store operating from a home garage.
