Fitch & Leedes Launches first South African pink tonic

The new Fitch & Leedes sparkling rose and cucumber tonic is poised to be the perfect fit for delicately crafted premium gins and aims to bring a whole new flavour profile to the gin and tonic experience.
The new pink tonic is delicately carbonated and finely balanced to ensure the best taste representation of the gin in your glass – just the way the master distiller intended.
“The Pink Tonic works well with the Hope on Hopkins Mediterranean Gin, where the olives and herbs are complemented by the cucumber notes. Our perfect serve with this is a sprig of mint, which really adds an extra zing and complements the freshness added by the cucumber in the tonic beautifully,” says Lucy Beard, craft distiller of Hope on Hopkins Distillery.
The elegant new rose and cucumber tonic adds a sophisticated modern twist to your classic G&T. Try it with the Hope on Hopkins London Dry Gin by adding 1 part gin to 4 parts Fitch & Leedes pink tonic. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary, lemon zest and thinly sliced cucumber and serve. And, if you really want to be adventurous then you should know that the new Fitch & Leedes pink tonic is also a great partner to Esperanza (the 100% Tequila-style Agave spirit) from Hope on Hopkins Distillery. Serve 1 part Esperanza to 4 parts tonic with a slice of lemon as garnish.
