Lemon Rum Punch

Scoop, pour and drink!
4 peels of lemons
125 ml PnP sugar
1 vanilla pod seeds
240 ml juice of lemons, 4 lemons
1 litre lemon ice tea
250 ml dark rum
10 lemon slices
1 handful fresh mint leaves
Place peels of lemons, sugar and vanilla seeds in a bowl and muddle.
Cover and stand for 2 hours or overnight.
Add juice of lemons, stir to dissolve sugar and discard peels.
