Tetley launches new Earl Grey and Lemon-flavoured teas

NEW PRODUCTS

Joekels Tea Packers - Jun 11th, 14:26

Tetley, the world’s second largest tea brand, has launched two new teas in line with their vision of offering premium tea at affordable prices so that a great cup of tea is within everyone’s reach. The new Tetley Earl Grey and Tetley Lemon-flavoured teas have been expertly blended to give South African tea lovers more choice.

Meticulously sourced and authentically brewed by the Tetley Tea Master, Jonathan Kelsey, the newly launched Tetley Earl Grey tea delivers the full-bodied flavour of Tetley black tea combined with the subtle citrus notes of Bergamot. The Tetley Lemon-flavoured tea is both refreshing and invigorating offering all the trademark flavour of Tetley black tea infused with a burst of zesty lemon.

According to Kelsey, whose tongue and taste buds are insured for R5 million, “South Africans love strong tea. We use an all African blend of teas for Tetley that delivers a full-bodied flavour that caters perfectly for the South African palate. Extending our range into flavoured Black tea was the natural next step to offer our growing community of Tetley fans even more flavour and more choice”.

Both launches are available in selected stores from July 2019 in packs of 20 teabags. Look out for the fresh new boxes in store.
