The Endurocad Four-day Schools Clinic was set up to help children (aged 12 – 18 years old) improve their technical skills for middle to long distance running, exposing them to the latest scientific training methods, including workshops about weight training and conditioning, endurance and nutrition.
The clinic took place at the Stellenbosch Academy of Sport in the Western Cape from 4 – 7 December 2013. Expert coaching and advice was provided by Endurocad’s Head Coach, Ernie Gruhn, and other leading Endurocad coaches .
