BRAND ACTIVITY

Nov 5th, 09:28

Last year Bayer launched Zeropar to put Blue Ticks, flies and other pests in their place. The launch marketing campaign saw the effective use of two sets of Z-CARD®s, one printed in English and Zulu and the second printed in English and Xhosa, communicating Zeropar’s benefits to consumers.

Ordered by Bayer and designed by Lara Brand Engineering, these two sets of Z-CARD®s have now been reproduced and an English and Sotho version has been added to the mix, to generate further awareness that Zeropar Aerosol kills Blowfly Maggots, Blue Ticks and Multi-host Ticks; whilst also protecting against nuisance flies and treating wounds in cattle, sheep and other animals.

“By printing two different languages on each Z-CARD®, and distributing three different cards across the country, we are able to reach a diverse population within South Africa,” says Bayer’s Adanna van der Merwe, Product Manager, Food Animal Products.

Zeropar also acts as an aid in the healing of wire cuts, castration, dehorning, branding, shearing, tail docking and similar wounds. What’s more, the large pack size ensures added value to consumers.

The Z-CARD®s are being distributed to emerging farmers in the Eastern Cape (Xhosa), KwaZulu-Natal (Zulu) and in the Northern Region (Sotho).
