This dish is perfect for kids, they will love the little soufflé pots.
Serves: 4-6

6 eggs
Salt and pepper to taste
125 g cooked bacon, chopped
90 g cheddar cheese, grated
410 g Rhodes Spaghetti in Tomato Sauce

Pre-heat the oven to 200 C and spray 4-6 little bowls with cooking spray or brush with melted butter or oil. Whisk the eggs in a large mixing bowl and season with salt and pepper. Divide the eggs between the prepared bowls and scatter the bacon and cheese on top of the eggs. Spoon the Rhodes Spaghetti in Tomato Sauce in the bowls and bake for about 15-20 minutes. Serve with toast.

Tips:
* The cheese is optional
* Substitute the Rhodes Spaghetti in Tomato Sauce with Rhodes Whole Kernel Corn or Rhodes Cream Style Sweetcorn
* Mix 50 g chopped spinach with the eggs and cheese to give the dish extra colour and texture.
