How will Pick n Pay Smart Shopper affect suppliers?

We were fortunate enough to interview James House, CEO of 5one. 5one works with retailers and consumer goods businesses to deliver sales and margin improvements through developing and implementing a customer-centric business strategy and are the architects behind Pick n Pay’s Smart Shopper loyalty programme.

In the interview we discussed how Pick n Pay Smart Shopper will impact on suppliers to Pick n Pay and how they stand to gain from the mountain of data the programme will generate.
